Centralized Admission Process :-

1. Declaration of XII Result

2. Declaration of CET / JEE Result

3. Filling Online Application Form on DTE Website by Candidate for participation in CAP

4. Confirmation of Online Application Form by taking Printout and Document Verification at Facilitation Centre by the Candidate in person along with Original Documents

5. Display of Publishing of Provisional Merit Lists, Submission of Grievances, if any, and Display or Publishings of Final Merit Lists

6. Filling up and Confirmation of Online Option form having preferences of Courses and Institutions before CAP Round I. Candidates may fill in Choices of Institutes and Courses in decreasing order of their Preference as specified by Competent Authority. The option form once confirmed shall be considered for allotment in CAP Round I, II and III. The candidate can fill in minimum 1 and maximum 300 options.

7. Display of Provisional allotment of Colleges & Branch on Candidate Login for CAP Round I as per choice.

8. Reporting and accepting the offered seat as per the allotment of the CAP Round I by the Candidate at Admission Reporting Centre.

Note : Depending on College/Branch alloted (if any), students will report to Admission Reporting Centre along with Demand Draft of Rs. 5000/- for OPEN/OBC & 1000/- for SC/ST Candidate. Candidate has to choose either Freeze or Slide or Float options to alloted seat.

Option of Freeze, Slide or Float

Freeze:

Candidates accept offered seat and do not want to participate in any further rounds of seat allocation. Such candidates will not be considered in subsequent rounds of admission.

Slide:

Candidates accept the offered seat and indicate that, if admission to the academic program of higher preference is offered within the same institution, they will accept it. Such candidates will be considered in subsequent rounds of admission.

Float:

Candidates accept the offered seat and indicate that, if admission to an academic program of higher preference in any institution is offered, they will accept it. Else, they will continue with the currently accepted academic program. Such candidates will be considered in subsequent rounds of admission.

Further Process :-

1. Display of available Category wise seats (Seat Matrix) for CAP Round II.

2. Display of Provisional Allotment of CAP Round II indicating alloted institute and course.

3. Reporting and accepting the offered seat as per the allotment of the CAP Round II by the candidate at Admission Reporting Centre.

4. Display of available category wise seats (Seat Matrix) for CAP Round III.

5. Display of Provisional Allotment of CAP Round III indicating alloted institute and course.

6. Reporting and accepting the offered seat as per the allotment of the CAP Round III, by the Candidate at Admission Reporting Centre

7. Online Display of available Category wise seats (Seat Matrix) for CAP Round IV.

8. The Candidates are allowed to fill in or edit the already filled online option form.

Confirmation of Admission :-

Candidate shall Report to the Institution finally alloted to him and confirm his admission in institution after Final CAP Round IV. Candidate to pay the fees (excluding fees paid at Reporting Centre) to the Institution and confirm admission.

3. Non-Creamy layer Certificate Valid upto 31st March 2017

Additional for TFWS (Open/OBC) (in addition to Common For All List) :

1. Income Certificate upto 6 Lakhs
