The Training and Placement (T&P) Department at P.B.C.O.E. is dedicated to grooming students for professional excellence. The college provides comprehensive training programs that prepare students to face aptitude tests, group discussions, technical interviews, and HR interviews with confidence. Every student receives the ‘Finishing School’ experience aimed at enhancing communication skills, personality development, and professional ethics—equipping them for the vast world of opportunities that lie ahead.

The college has a well-structured Training and Placement setup functioning at the Sanstha level, College level, and Department level. The activities are effectively guided by:

At the department level, faculty coordinators and student representatives actively participate in organizing placement activities, ensuring smooth coordination with industries for campus recruitment, internships, industrial training, and career guidance. The training and placement objectives are achieved through a strong Industry–Institute Interaction, which has significantly contributed to the college’s excellent placement performance since the inception of the cell.

Regular initiatives include:
- Industry visits by faculty and students.
- TPO–HR meets to strengthen professional networks.
- Guest lectures and expert sessions by industry professionals.
- MoUs with industries for collaborative activities.
- Internships, workshops, live projects, consultancy projects, and other skill-development programs addressing both technical and non-technical competencies of students and faculty members.

Through these sustained efforts, the Training and Placement Department at P.B.C.O.E. ensures holistic student development and facilitates their transition into competent professionals ready to contribute effectively to the industry and society.
